Before you can delete
So that nobody is left out of pocket, an account can't be deleted while it has a paid call still to come, an open dispute, earnings waiting in its wallet, or a withdrawal that is still being paid. The app tells you which of these applies.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in, name, email address, mobile number and profile photo.
- Your creator profile, handle, bio, social links, call offerings and open time slots.
- Identity documents and photos you uploaded.
- Messages you sent, your notifications, and the devices registered for notifications.
- Who you follow, who follows you, and anyone you blocked.
What is kept, and for how long
- Records of paid calls — bookings, payments, refunds, invoices, payouts, and a creator's tax identifiers and payout account details that those payouts rely on. These are kept without your name or contact details, for as long as accounting and tax law requires (typically 7 years in India), because the other person on the call and the tax authorities still need them.
- Reviews you wrote stay on the creator's Page, shown as from a deleted user.
- Call recordings and reports connected to a dispute or a safety report are kept for as long as that matter and the law require.
If nobody ever paid or was paid through your account, nothing is kept at all.
