These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FanFlame — the website at fanflame.web.app and the related booking, payment and video-call services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FanFlame is a marketplace that lets fans book and pay for scheduled 1-on-1 audio/video calls with creators ("Creators"). FanFlame provides the booking system, payment processing, and call infrastructure. The content of each call is between the fan and the Creator; FanFlame is not a party to that conversation and does not supervise it in real time.
Before accepting bookings, Creators must complete identity verification, which may include government identity documents, contact details and bank/UPI payout details. We review submissions manually and may approve, reject, or request more information. Providing false or misleading verification information is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of pending earnings where permitted by law.
By fans. You may cancel or reschedule a booked call up to 60 minutes before the scheduled start time (this cutoff is shown at checkout and may be adjusted from time to time; the cutoff shown when you book is the one that applies). Cancellations made before the cutoff are refunded in full to the original payment method; refunds typically arrive within 5–7 business days depending on your bank. Within the cutoff window, bookings can no longer be cancelled or rescheduled by the fan.
By Creators. A Creator may cancel a booking at any time up until the call ends. When a Creator cancels, the fan receives a full refund, regardless of timing. Repeated Creator cancellations may lead to account review, reduced visibility, or removal from the platform.
No-shows. If the Creator does not join the call, the fan is entitled to a full refund — report the no-show to support within 48 hours of the scheduled call via the contact form. If the fan does not join, the call is treated as delivered and no refund is due. Disputed calls are reviewed case by case using platform records (join times, call duration, payment status).
Calls run on Cloudflare RealtimeKit infrastructure. Calls are not recorded by default. Where recording is enabled by the platform for safety, quality or dispute-resolution purposes, this will be indicated, and recordings are retained only as long as needed for those purposes. Participants may not record or redistribute calls without the clear consent of the other participant.
Use the "Report an issue" link during or after a call, or the contact form, to report violations.
Creators must keep their availability accurate, join booked calls on time, deliver calls personally and professionally, and keep their payout details current. Wallet withdrawals require a verified payout account and may be subject to review, verification checks, and minimum amounts. Creators are independent users of the platform, not employees, agents or partners of FanFlame, and are responsible for their own taxes on earnings.
You retain rights to content you upload (profile photos, descriptions, posts). By uploading, you grant FanFlame a non-exclusive licence to host and display that content for operating and promoting the Service. FanFlame's name, logo and software remain FanFlame's property.
We may suspend or terminate an account, cancel bookings, or withhold settlement where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, where required by law, or to prevent fraud or harm. Where funds are withheld, we will tell you why unless the law prevents it. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time; obligations relating to completed transactions, disputes and lawful retention survive termination.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that any Creator will accept or attend a booking, or the quality of any call. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FanFlame is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the platform fee we retained on that booking. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available in your place of residence. Before going to court, please raise the issue with support — most problems are resolved there.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced on the Service with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms: use the contact form or email support@fanflame.app.
